Attendance and Punctuality
- Students must attend school punctually and regularly. Leave is granted only for valid reasons.
- Attendance on the first day of a new session and after vacations is compulsory unless prior information is provided.
- A minimum of 75% attendance is mandatory for promotion to the next grade.
Discipline
- Students should carry their school almanac daily.
- Attendance at school assemblies is compulsory, with students maintaining decorum.
- Any absence, even for part of a day, requires a note from the guardian.
Uniform and Cleanliness
- Students must be habitually clean and neatly dressed in the prescribed uniform.
- Improper uniforms will result in denial of entry to classrooms.
Property and Behavior
- Students must respect school property and report any damage immediately.
- Damages caused, whether intentional or accidental, will result in fines.
- The use of ornaments, valuable items, or electronic gadgets is strictly prohibited.
Parental Cooperation
- Parents must ensure timely arrival at pickup points for bus commuters or drop non-bus commuters at school 10 minutes before the first bell.
- They must check and sign the diary/yearbook daily.
Leave Rules
General Information
- Leaves must be pre-approved through a written application.
- Emergencies require information via email; the application must be submitted upon resumption.
Short-Term Leave (1-4 days)
- Approved by the class teacher on the leave application form.
Long-Term Leave (more than 4 days)
- Requires submission of a leave application form to the principal, detailing reasons.
- Parents are advised to align long leaves with school holidays.
Terms and Conditions
- The school reserves the right to terminate a student’s enrollment for unsatisfactory academic progress or inappropriate behavior of the student or parents.
- Attendance at all school events and activities is mandatory.
- Students are prohibited from using private vehicles like motorcycles or cars to school.
- Parents are responsible for ensuring balanced and hygienic meals for their children.
